About Elle

Hello! I live in South Eugene with my husband, daughter, and our furry friends. In my free time I enjoy painting, gardening, and cooking. While I have strong familial ties across the broader Pacific Northwest, a few years ago we decided to put down permanent roots in Eugene. We were drawn by the community resources, family-friendly vibes, access to nature, and proximity to extended family. After over a decade working in the corporate world, I decided to practice residential real estate, where I can work directly with individuals and families.

I met Susan Heisey in the process of buying my family home here. I instantly connected with the Bailey & Heisey service-oriented business model that puts people and community first. My family is settled in Eugene for the long run and it is extremely important to me that I am involved in building and giving back to our community.
